These are some drawings I did for summer project each one tells you something about myself -  but I'll let you try and work that out ...

                                                                        Edible book
Book I made out of rice paper - It has a recipe on how to make an orange sponge cake on it - because I used orange flavoured icing sugar as glue to stick the paper together -  also it meant you can eat literally everything

these are some print slash illustrations I produced from just interesting people round london done from photographs I took. I used non inkjet o.h.p. paper to print out my photos but because the ink doesn't stick I just printed the ink onto paper and then filled in the distorted image with pen - worked quite nicely

These are a series of images based on a slice of text taken from a book which is based on the cuban revolution.

These are some painting/illustrations I did based on a tomato- the idea was based on me just slicing and re-slicing through a tomato until their wasnt anything left apart from the cells

Just drawing I did ...

                                                                  Chewing gum nativity

This was a fun christmas project we were set on foundation where we had to make a nativity based to the birth of chewing gum. The three of us ate chewing gum for about two days it was intense - but I thought was quite a nice little thing . The concept was meant to make it look as disgusting as possible by sticking all this chewed gum in our set - but when the light shines on it - it reflects the lord jesus christ himself

This is a final image I created for an editoral project we were set. We had to pick a headline, and have no knowledge as to what it related to and just look at the one sentence and illustrate basically. My headline was 'New attack on cancer with nano weapon'. So I came up with the concept that cancer is an all consuming disease that strips people of their individuality - in the sense it is common to loose your hair and fluctuate in weight when under going treatment - So I wanted to project the idea of peeling this exterior away and unveiling the person that is there all along.

This is my first group project based on a classic story tale of a princess and her ugly step sister- basically cinderella but not.  We created this 5 min animation to illustrate the story as clearly as we could. I think overall it worked out pretty good - there was a few dramas with trying to get everyones ideas incorporated and still making it flow but we got there.

This is a map of my mind. I made a collection of drawings of weird misshapen fruit and veg. From these I thought about what attracted me to look into deformed food - really I just like bulbous, fleshy forms and from this I created a world that summed up my love for shape, form and food. This world is made from pure butter - which surprisingly is really good to sculpt with and I managed to get quite alot of detail. Only down side was when I brought it into my crit it started melting as our studios quite warm
